 New! The Rose Weekend. (MAJOR EVENT)
A glorious celebration of roses and summer flowers. A varied programme to appeal to everyone who enjoys plants and gardens - including simply sitting in the shade and listening to lovely music. Hatfield House will be decorated with beautiful flowers for the weekend and entry to the House is included in the ticket price.
Talks and demonstrations, including:
TV gardener and journalist James Alexander Sinclair (BBC's Small Town Gardens) opens the weekend's events on Saturday with a talk on Garden design and hosts a fun Questions sessions - come prepared with questions for our panel!
Garden events:
Follow the trail of roses and interesting plants around the West Garden. Relax and enjoy the music in the Garden during the afternoon.
And for those who like to shop...
Wine and Roses Pavilion - delicious summer foods and drinks.
Summer Living Marquee - giftware, paintings and scented toiletries
The Garden Path - roses, garden plants, horticultural sundries, pots and planters.
 Delicious catering in the Old Palace and Coach House Restaurant.
St Etheldreda's Church is also decorated with flowers for this special weekend - white roses are the theme for a country wedding....
