Held in The Old Palace, the Riding School, Stable Yard and heated marquees on Palace Green and George’s Car Park, the Christmas Frost Fair will feature:

• Up to 240 stands of exciting, unusual and original gift ideas for all
• Craft men & women showing off their skills
• Fine Food Fair – come and taste the mouth watering array of foods and drink
• Entertainment from Choirs, dancers and street entertainers throughout the fair
• Father Christmas is here on all four days, courtesy of Hatfield Rotary Club
• Dine in The Coach House Restaurant
• Relaxing teas & coffees in The Coach House Marquee
• Creative Fast Foods
• Mulled Wine
• Hatfield House Gift Shop
• Stable Yard shopping

Drop in Workshops including creative Christmas Decorating with flowers and greenery

Frost Fair Public Vehicle Entrances
The Frost Fair will have 2 entrances for vehicles, Station Lodge (AL9 5AE), this is opposite Hatfield Train Station and North Lodge (AL9 5LZ). Station Lodge usually acts as just a pedestrian entrance for the Estate, but for the Frost Fair this will be accepting vehicles and will act as the entrance for Disabled vehicles.

Station Lodge has height and width restrictions H 12ft 5’ and W 11ft 6’

North Lodge has a height and width restrictions H 12ft 5’and W 10ft 6’

The main visitors gate known as George’s Gate will NOT be accessible for those attending the Frost Fair.

Pedestrians
Those arriving to the Frost Fair on foot or via public transport will be able to enter the Estate via Station Lodge.

Parking
ALL PARKING WILL BE ON FLAT, GRASS OPEN PARKLAND FOR THE FROST FAIR

General parking is on the Queen Elizabeth Oak Field. It is a 10 minute walk from here to the Frost Fair event site. Shuttle buses and a tractor trailer shuttle will be available to transport people from the car parks to the event site.

Disabled parking will be on the nearest grass field available, known as the Cricket Pitch, which is next to the Frost Fair ticket entrance.Please enter via Station Lodge for Disabled Parking.

While we do hope for good weather, we will be in the winter months. It advisable to wear appropriate footwear to walk across the grass fields in order to get to the event site.

Coaches
Coaches must strictly be booked ahead of the event with advanced tickets. Coaches not booked and consequently without advanced tickets will not be permitted entrance. For coach bookings please contact cliff@battenburgevents.co.uk or call 01487 814800
