On-site catering is provided by Leith’s, ensuring quality of food and service, from break-out snacks and finger buffets to sit-down luncheons.
All our venues are set within the beautiful surroundings of Hatfield Park, which your guests can enjoy during their breaks. Visits of Hatfield House may also be organised for your delegates during the visitors season.
The Riding School
The contemporary Riding School strikes a balance between tradition and state-of-the-art conference centre, offering the perfect environment for meetings and conferences, with the latest presentation facilities and internet access.
The room is equipped with an inbuilt projector, 10ft screen and PA system to ensure that all your delegates can follow presentations in the best conditions.

Our Day Delegate Rates
We offer day delegate rates including everything for your delegates’ day, from the venue hire to catering and AV equipment.
Our day delegate rates start from as little as £35 + vat and we are of course happy to create a bespoke package according to your specific requirements.
Away Days and Team Building
Whether it be for a fun day for your team or team building activities for a large group, Hatfield House venues and park offer a fantastic setting for a memorable event.
Outside activities may be held in the Queen Elizabeth Oak Field and you may want to end the day with a barbecue party or an elegant dinner in the Old Palace.
