New Refurbishment
The Estate is currently working its way through the residential portfolio refurbishing properties to the high standard that our tenants expect. We are fortunate that the majority of our tenants have been with the Estate for many years, but when the opportunity presents itself we take the property back in hand, completely strip it back (retaining any architectural and period features) and breathe new 21st century life into it.
The latest in insulating and sound proofing techniques, modern ‘hidden’ wiring, efficient heating with thermostatic radiators, shiny bathrooms, and fitted kitchens with built in appliances all present a beautiful and easy home to live in.
Where possible downstairs bathrooms are moved upstairs freeing up a convenient study/den area. Walls can be removed to reflect the current open plan style allowing light to flood through. Storage is a must: pantries and airing cupboards are retained, cabinets built into alcoves and bookcases fitted in those awkward gaps.

The properties are alarmed and maintained by Welwyn Garden Alarms.
