What We Need From You
We want to welcome tenants who care about their local community and where they live. Therefore before we even show you a property, we like to find out a bit about you. Once we are certain that the property will meet your needs, we will arrange a viewing and if you like it we ask for a holding deposit. This ‘holds’ the property for you whilst we conduct references. (There is a small charge for this service. Please be ready to provide full details of your financial circumstances for the application.)
Once your references have been received satisfactorily, we will write and formally offer you the property. At this point a move in date will be agreed, and we will draw up the legal paperwork. Where you are ready to sign the lease we ask for two months deposit and one months rent in cleared funds.
In summary:
- 1 week’s rent as a holding deposit
- £20 per person for references
- £50 lease preparation
- 2 x months deposit
- 1 x months rent in advance
