Why Rent From Us?
We have a wide range of properties which can meet most people’s requirements. In fact a number of our tenants have, over the years, upsized as their family grew and then downsized when they left to go to University.
- We look after our tenants and are involved in local issues.
- We work closely with the neighbouring private homes.
- We allow pets in all our properties-with the exception of flats.
- Tenants who live within the boundary of the Park have 364 days to play, walk and enjoy the beautiful Parkland free of charge.
- There are good schools locally.
- We issue Assured Shorthold Tenancies, initially for one year. At the anniversary we will write and offer new terms for one, two or three years. Many of the Estate’s tenants have been resident for much longer, renewing their terms every three years.
Maintenance
Our Buildings department, based in the Park, manage a wide range of skilled tradesmen who are very familiar with our properties. It is rare, but should you have any major problems we can usually get a plumber or an electrician to you on the day. Out of normal office hours, tenants can call a dedicated telephone number with any property emergencies.
