Our Buildings department, based in the Park, manage a wide range of skilled tradesman who are very familiar with our properties.

It is rare, but should you have any major problems we can usually despatch a plumber or an electrician to you on the day. Out of working office hours, tenants are able to call a dedicated telephone number manned by property professionals that can assist with any property emergencies.
