Enjoy the ‘CreateArt’ Experience at Hatfield Park, hosted by Christine Spence. Christine will carefully take you through all the steps required to draw and paint a simple flower, through to creating bespoke artwork, all set within the beautiful Gardens of Hatfield Park.
After a 2 course lunch served in the Coach house Kitchen, the afternoon session will focus on different ways that can be used to choose your subject matter, and techniques to help keep records, learning how to use a sketchbook and gather visual information and references. There will be a practical sketchbook session in the Gardens (weather permitting) where Christine will share practical tips and insights about working with art in the great outdoors.
To finish the day, you can enjoy raising a toast to your experience with a complimentary glass of champagne served in the beautiful West Gardens of the house.
All ticket holders will receive a complimentary return ticket to the gardens to complete their art work if required.
To simplify your art experience all necessary materials will be provided for you to use. Bring your own favourites if you prefer. Fold up chairs are provided.

Pedestrians will be able to enter on foot or via public transport through our Fore Street Gate, please first approach the gate opposite Hatfield Train Station, here they will be able to direct you to our Fore Street Gate.
