Join us for another memorable evening as once again, the Old Palace will be filled with the joyful and uplifting sound of Hertfordshire Chorus with their conductor David Temple and accompanist Paul Ayres. Get the Festive season going with a wonderful mix of Christmas carols and songs old and new, including a chance to join the choir in singing some familiar favourites. And don’t forget to enjoy seasonal refreshments including mulled wine and mince pies before the start of the concert.

The concert will start at 4pm, doors for the performance will open at approximately 3:30pm. Seating will not be allocated and is selected on arrival based on availability. Please note tickets are to be purchased in advance there will be no on the day tickets available.

 

THE OLD PALACE

The performance will take place inside The Old Palace, a 15th century banqueting hall once belonging to Queen Elizabeth I which still boasts a large amount of the original features – from painting to brickwork.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS

Parking with be in the main visitors car park, known as George’s Car Park, enter through George’s Gate (AL9 5HX). Please click here to view details on how to find us 

Due to limited hard standing spaces, over flow grass car parks may be required to be used.
