Tudor Legacies

We are looking forward to welcoming back the Tudor Legacies- a living history group of Tudor enthusiasts.

Visitors will have the exciting opportunity to interact and engage with Henry VIII, his six wives and his children & many other historical characters.

Find out what it was really like to be married to one of history’s most infamous kings…
Come and meet the personalities behind the portraits as all six wives regale you with their own individual experiences within a royal court full of scandal, intrigue and beheadings.

Also featuring little Princess Elizabeth, the future Queen of England, Elizabeth I and the daughter of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn.

11.30am – Stable Yard

All those attending in a vehicle please enter via George’s Gate for our main visitors car park (AL9 5HX). Parking is free. For all parking information, click here.

Pedestrians

Pedestrians will be able to enter on foot or via public transport through our Fore Street Gate, please first approach the gate opposite Hatfield Train Station, here they will be able to direct you to our Fore Street Gate.
