The Enfield and District Veteran Vehicle Society

The Enfield and District Veteran Vehicle Society is coming back to Hatfield Park this September.

Started by a group of enthusiasts in 1961, the group set up a trust and started raising funds especially through the Enfield Pageant of motoring. In 1985 they were able to purchase the disused pumping station in Whitewebbs Road and started the enormous task of converting it into a Museum of Transport. The Society will be displaying a selection of their magnificent vehicles at Hatfield Park on Sunday 10th September.

Vehicles will be displayed on the North Front of Hatfield House, adjacent to the entrance of the West Garden. Due to various projects that take place within the grounds of Hatfield Park across the season, their exact location may be amended closer to the event date, but will remain obvious and accessible to visitors.

We would love to hear your feedback on complementary additions to our visitor experience. Please contact us on r.ravera@hatfeld-house.co.uk for more information.
