Barry’s Bees In Winter

Barry is working on many projects during the winter period with his bees. One of these being site preparation for the start of the season.

It’s always best to have hives on a stable and secure stand with all round access. Placing the hives on paving slabs stops the egress of perennial weeds and helps to keep the site nice and tidy. Keeping the hives level is so important when the feed is introduced.
