Progress at Mill Green

There has been even more progress with The Green Man Pub at Mill Green. The property team are now at the very exciting stage of narrowing down tenants for the public house.

In other news, the 9 houses at Mill Green are underway. Their foundations are in and the first levels of brickwork are being laid. There will be 4 semi-detached three bedroom cottages for sale, and 4 three bedroom detached houses.
