River Cottage Kitchen And Deli Opens This Month

We are delighted to announce that Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s acclaimed River Cottage is opening at Hatfield House this month. Work is underway in the restaurant to complete the transformation in time for Hatfield House opening for the new season on Saturday March 31st.
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall has said: “We are delighted to be bringing River Cottage to the historic Hatfield House and it’s been a pleasure to develop our River Cottage menus for their guests. Our Kitchen and Delicatessen in the Stable Yard will offer organic lamb meatballs, chickpeas, pickled lemon and yoghurt, along with delicious vegetarian and vegan choices, such as roast beetroot, Laverstoke mozzarella and orange salad with honey & rosemary roasted pumpkin seeds.
