Rural Estates Officer

Human Resources Officer

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Officer or PA within HR to provide support to the Head of Human Resources during a particularly busy period of project activity.

This role is part-time (~20-24 hours per week) and is for a fixed-term, up to the end of December 2019. The key focus of the role will be to provide wide-ranging HR administrative support and inbox management, as well as assistance with the delivery of strategic HR projects. You will have excellent attention to detail, a ‘can-do’ approach and a high level of discretion. This position requires previous experience within HR and the confidence to work with a degree of autonomy, handling first-level queries directly. You will have Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel to at least intermediate level and be available to start immediately.

Residential Property Manager

Assistant Accountant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to join our busy finance team. Their main responsibility will be overseeing the property ledger including raising rent demands, rent allocations and rent arrears reports along with reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts.

The ideal candidate will bring a desire to ask questions, challenge everything and offer superb support to our colleagues in non-Finance departments. The role offers diversity for someone who enjoys a challenge.

Cleaner Porter

Working within the grounds of Hatfield House, you will be working to prepare our venues, public areas and facilities ready for the days events. This can be a very demanding role with strict deadlines to adhere to. This role will involve all aspects of cleaning, you will mostly be working within a team cleaning, moving furniture, collecting rubbish and recycling. You will need to be a quick learner and have an eye for detail. All training will supplied along with a uniform.
This role is for 16 hours per week, it will involve working at weekends as well as 1 morning during the week. Working days will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday All shifts will start at 6am. During our busy periods, there may be the chance of extra hours. Rate of pay £8.40ph

General Cleaner

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 6am – 10am cleaning mostly offices based in our buildings, but you will also be required to help out wherever needed, to prepare our venues, public areas and facilities ready for the days events. You will need to have an eye for detail and be confident in you approach to work, as you will be setting and un-setting alarms whilst working to strict deadlines, you will need to adhere to Health & Safety procedure and take responsibility for your own actions. All training will be supplied along with a uniform. Rate of pay £8.40ph
